Part of our series of fine dining dishes cooked on a skewer this combination of South American flair and Asian perfection is presented in the similarly exciting setting of CocoRum Bar & Restaurant, where Latin American rhythms abound. Wagyu Anticuchio is a classic dish from Peru – Anticuchio translates as On Skewer. Grass-fed Wagyu beef is prepared in a traditional way, the seasoned beef pieces cooked on skewers and served with another classic dish, Rice Tacu Tacu, a rice cake of jasmine rice and beans, together with a creamy Chimichuri Sauce of garlic, olive oil and blanched coriander. The presentation is completed with a quail egg decoration.

 

Wine Companion: The wine list is very well balanced and offers great choices. Mine is the 2009 Luce from Lamberto Frescobaldi; at nine years of age, this will drink very nicely now. The complexity, richness and beautiful balance will satisfy any lover of Tuscan wine.
