The St. Regis Bangkok invites diners on a rustic gastronomic journey through Thailand to celebrate authentic cuisine crafted with original recipes, at Decanter, every day, from 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM. 

Executive Chef Christopher Miller’s culinary ode to Thailand showcases his deep-rooted appreciation for all things Thai, including fiery salads, flavorsome curries, and regional Thai favorites.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Christopher Miller has spent more than 20 years mastering pan-Asian cuisine at a series of critically acclaimed restaurants. As Executive Chef at The St. Regis Bangkok, Chef Chris brings with him an extraordinary perspective as well as a deep-rooted appreciation for all things Thai.

Drawing on his wealth of culinary experience and the bounty of the kingdom, Chef Chris has crafted a delectable menu which demonstrates the versatility of the local cuisine with highlights including khao soi gai (northern chicken and egg noodle curry) and pla nueng manao (steamed whole white snapper).

All Thai’d Up is served daily during 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM at Decanter on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok.
