Those with a yen for the divine delights of Japanese cuisine should head to Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, where once again awardwinning Zuma restaurant has popped up at the beachfront. It’s the second year in a row for this sublime creator of contemporary Japanese to appear here in a pop-up format. Zuma will be spreading feel-good vibes until 15 March in Sala Layan, a rooftop venue nuzzling the beach and pool area. Its cuisine is inspired by the informal Iza Kaya dining style, with menus designed for sharing as well as dishes from a sushi counter, main kitchen and grill.
