Blossom Cocktail Season

Inspired by the summer flowers blooming across Thailand this June and July mixologists at the Infiniti Pool Bar and Metro On Wireless outlets at Bangkok's Hotel Indigo on Wireless Road have introduced a colourful range of cocktails and mocktails.

Heady aromas from roses, butterfly pea, rosella, and chrysanthemum are infused into refreshing concoctions, especially created for the summer season.

Simply priced into two categories, the cocktail selection, for THB 230++, include Rose Amore (with gin, homemade rose syrup, fresh lemon juice, soda water), Butterfly Pea Tart (Tequila Blanco, dried butterfly pea, honey syrup, ginger ale), Roselle Delicious (dried roselle infused vodka, fresh lemon juice, soda water) and Chry Mellow (rum, chrysanthemum juice, homemade passion fruit puree).

At the lower price range of THB 130++ for mocktails you can enjoy Sparkling Virgin Roselle (dried roselle, fresh lemon juice, soda water), Subtle Rosy (homemade rose syrup, fresh lemon juice, soda water) and Sweet Butterfly Pea (dried butterfly pea, ginger ale, honey, fresh lemon juice).
