With it's French routes, Le Méridien hotels around the world are introducing Au Soleil, a series of Mediterranean themed F&B offerings this July through September.

Here in Thailand, the group operates seven hotels and resorts, including Bangkok, Chiang Mai & Rai, Samui, Hua Hin and Phuket.

Le Méridien Bangkok, in the Silom district of the city, is taking Au Soleil very seriously with a variety of Côte d’Azur styled promotions, from refreshing petit plates to afternoon tea treats, with a 45 minute body oil massage included.

Perhaps the highlight is the Au Soleil Sunday Brunch, taking place every Sunday through July, Auguat and September in the Latest Recipe Restaurant. Culinery delights include Roasted Capsicum, Tzatziki, Spicy Chicken to ocean-fresh Seared Tuna with Marinated Mango and Papaya, just for starters. The dessert station tantalizes with seven tart selections, from freshly-picked Black Current to classic Lemon Curd and Fresh Orange recipes.

The Au Soleil Sunday Brunch is priced at THB 1,700 ++ per person, inclusive of free-flow soft drinks, plus additional Rosé Wine packages.
