Fizz and Flair on Bangkok’s Streets

Until 30 April, Le Méridien is bringing Italian summertime favourite, Aperol Spritz to the streets of Bangkok. The pop-up restaurant features Aperitivo Italiano and Aperol Spritz created by guest mixologists alongside a menu of bar foods like sliders, Devil spring rolls and fried calamari served with an Italian flair – the creations of Le Méridien Bangkok’s Executive Chef Marco Cammarata. Look out for the bright orange Volkswagen bus turned bar on Surawong Road where you can expect a serious upgrade to Bangkok's usual variety of van bars. Come on Fridays to get the night started with a DJ spinning live beats.
